1. Privacy Policy

• OOLOC™ is committed to protect the confidential nature of your personal data that you may communicate on line to the site ooloc.com. This Charter has been developed in such a way that you can navigate with full confidence on the site ooloc.com. The objective of this Charter is to keep you posted about information that may be collected and eventually used. It also informs you the rights that you have regarding personal data that has been collected.

• In some of our columns and sections for booking purposes, you may be requested communicate voluntarily some personal information such as your name, address, e-mail ID. This information is required by us to reply to your comments or to your queries for information. Please note that it is not our intention to send you any unsolicited e-mail, unless you have sought a response from our side. You will receive our news letters automatically, following your registration as a customer.

• The ooloc.com site may contain links to other web sites. OOLOC™ has no control over these sites and can not supervise or check their contents. It is therefore incumbent upon you to collect knowledge about the commitments of each site that you visit.
